On this let’s play sharks attack, plans for the temples are made, the chart fish gain an accent, a frozen island leads to some slippery escapades, the annoyance of Titanic, a talk of bloodlines in the forest, no one fires upon our ship, an annoying bird, a difficult fire mountain, a photobomb of hilarity, and the search for the earth sage begins.
I laughed so hard this episode! Seriously, all the references. And I’m so proud of you guys! You figured out the fast sail always has the wind in it’s favor! I’ve been waiting for that discovery. Speaking of discoveries, I had no idea you could kill the crabs! Whaaat? Lol. I do wonder at the Zora people growing wings. It does seem a bit strange seeing as their natural habitat grew exponentially. But maybe the Zora were a freshwater people. They were connected with the river and the lake in Ocarina of Time. But in Majora’s Mask they lived in the ocean, so who really knows. Majora’s Mask took place in an alternate reality anyway didn’t it? Loved that game, so many deep concepts. Anyway, when I first played this game way back in the day, I had a sneaking suspicion that the Zora were alive and well, just under all that water. You never really get to go underwater unless you go to the ancient Hyrule castle protected there. I thought the bird people were a new species or came from a distant land. I did wonder what happened to the Gorons. There is one merchant you get to talk to during a quest from the merchant guy who sold you the sail in the beginning of the game. I’m pretty sure he’s a Goron. He wears a big hat and carries a big backpack I think, but I’m pretty sure that’s what he is. It made me intensely curious. Thanks for making these videos. They really brighten my days. 🙂
Just looked up the Goron thing. Looks like there’s more than one and you can see him better if you blow a gust of wind at him with the Deku Leaf. Interesting. I don’t think I ever tried that.
Jerelle Yea those guys are Gorons..we just haven’t come across one yet but I’m sure it will happen..this game really has alot of questions for someone that has played the others to ask and it really doesn’t even answer those questions unless you pay really close attention…like you my curiosity is always heightened when stuff like this goes on. Glad we brighten your day and hope we can continue to do so!
